How long does a meal take?

How long do people usually plan on a table-service meal at Disney taking?

Say, a three-course meal at a Signature restaurant, with drinks, eating at a leisurely pace? How long do you think I should allow? Two hours?

Two hours is a good estimate for signature dining. You can get into and out of normal TS and buffets in about an hour.

Two hours sounds about right to me, unless you're going to Victoria and Albert's... I would allow 3 hours there.
