exercise. I am at 25 min of walking/jogging but my dr. says it's not enough. How long are you doing it and what are the different thinngs that you are doing?

3 miles is 45 minutes and there are alot more exercises involved and I am sweating when Im done.
2 mile is 30 minutes the 1 mile is 15 minutes.

Funny that you mention that. I do have them. I did the 3 miles today. They are great tapes, except they don't seem to make me sweat to much. I have been working out quite often, and the tapes are realy easy for me. I think I need something a bit more challenging.
 
I work out three days a week doing 45-55 minutes of cardio each day. I switch around on the equipment I use, but I mainly use the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes and then I chose another piece of equipment and work out another 15-25 minutes. For the second part of my workout I either walk/run on the treadmill or ride the Life Cycle. I have found that if you want to lose weight faster than you need to add weight training to your routine. I used to do this for 45 minutes in addition to my cardio three times a week and the results were great. If I had more time in my days I would definitely go back to weight training.
