How long did it take you to get your Floral Budget?

Hey all!

We're over a month past our planning session, and I haven't gotten nor heard anything about my floral BEO. I don't want to bug them, but how long did it take for you to get yours? Just curious!

I have some budget cutting to do, but I just don't know how much until I get that. :confused3

I cant really remember how long ours took, but I'm sure that a quick email to your planner would let you know if there is a problem or not.
 
I went through the same thing. I knew it took longer to get the floral BEO as they made this clear at the planning session, but after a month it seemed a little extreme. I contacted Rose and asked when I could expect it (cc'd my planner). She had it to me the next day. I think she just gets so bogged down with other things, that actually sending them out may be the hassle. So go ahead and ask when you should be expecting it because you want to budget accordingly, etc. Trust me, it's not bugging if it's an email. It's bugging if it's a phone call (at least in my experience).
 

We got our floral within 2 weeks, but our regular BEO took 6 weeks!
 
Mine took about 6 weeks, but as I made changes, the revisions only took a day or two. :goodvibes
 
Mine only took 1 week. Yup, 1 week. I'm sticking close to the minimum $10k with no floral at all just special linens so it took no time at all to do. ;)
 
I've been waiting almost two months now, but our planner told us he was going to be out of town for most of June. Come July, I'll probably start pestering!
 
My Floral BEO came before my other BEO. I got it in about 2 weeks. Do you have a lot of floral? I didn't really do too much with that so maybe it was quicker to do? I don't know

We had our BEO for everything else the same day before we left the PS. And we don't have a ton of floral, which is why I'm wondering when I can expect it. I mean they're not doing anything else right? :rotfl:
 
Hey all,

I emailed her and she said she would have it by Monday, and I didn't get anything. I really don't want to bug her but I need to know if I'm going to have to cut something. I talked to my dad today about the cost of the wedding (we're almost at the 90 day payment mark) and he wanted to know how much more we're looking at on top of what we have.

I don't want to be a bother, but I need to know what we're looking at.

Thoughts?
 
If you're almost to 90 days, then you really need to see it. I say call! :thumbsup2
 
I would call your planner. Your planner will get into the floral department better then you can.
 
It took 2 months. I emailed a few times with no luck, I casually mentioned it to my planner. I think it helped.
 
We got it this morning! I was going to call this afternoon but its here. Its not bad - we have 3k in floral... need to reduce possibly by 500. Thinking of the centerpieces but will post later tonight. Currently in class but I was excited to share that it's here!!:cool1:
