Last trip our flight landed at 11:30pm so by the time we got to WL it was really late and there was no one in the lobby, it took us all of 3 minutes to check in :goodvibes

We were actually in concierge but at that time of night you just go to the front desk to register.

We checked into the CR May 26. We walked right up and were checked in in under 10 minutes.....AND we got ALL of our requests! Gotta love that service! :flower:

It took about 15-30 min for our check in at AKL, but a lot of it was spent chit-chatting with the CM :flower: We hadn't waited in line and there was nobody behind us, so we felt no need to rush.

Our last stay was this April. We stayed at AKL. Arrived at the hotel at about 2:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon. There was only one person in front of us in line. The check-in took less than 15 minutes, the room was ready, and they upgraded us from standard view to savanna view. That was a very good experience.

AKL: 10 minutes, no line checkin at 9:30 am. Upgraded Pool View to Deluxe Pool View. Never had a prob with AKL CMs attitude or efficiency at checkin like I've seen posted before.

I checked into POR last Friday, June 17th, about 2:30pm. My heart sank when I came into the lobby - the line was all the way back to the end of the roped area and further. But it was 20 minutes from start to finish, so not too bad!!!!

Usually we stay at the Wilderness Lodge, Animal Kingdom Lodge, or Beach Club, and we've never waited more than a few minutes. I haven't noticed a difference in my DVC check-ins, but that's probably because VWL and BCV share checkins.

We checked in to POP on June 10th and it took about 15 to 20 minutes, but it was partly our fault. We asked for a room with a view of the fireworks, and the CM kept trying to find some for us, but he was only able to get us two rooms on the 4th floor of the 50's building with the fireworks view. We could still just go around the corner and see the fireworks for both Epcot and MK. He was an awesome CM!!! BTW, there was a pretty long line, but they had CMs at almost all desks to take care of guests and the line moved fast.

under 15 minutes at POP 4/22/2005 at 3:00 PM ..there was only one family in front of us..the front desk was not busy at all...very quick service :flower:

Corronado Springs, time at the desk was not too bad, maybe 15-20 minutes, but our room was not ready... We chacked in between 11 AM and noon. So we got the number to call and called and called and called... :confused3

we were not thrilled as it got later because we had 6 pm dinner reservations at Cape May Cafe (meaning two busses) and we wanted to change clothes, it was so hot out. :earseek:

Shortly after five, our room was finally ready; we changed in record time, got to the bus and made our ressie! :earboy2:

This year, I am anticipating something similar (just in case and if I am wrong, I will be pleasantly surprised!) so we have a better plan in place!

We arrived around noon on a saturday at POFQ and had a about a 10 minute wait! The lady said our room would be ready between 3 and 5pm! We then went to the concierge to get our tickets and they said our room was ready! This was less than 5 minutes after the lady said 3-5!! It was great!!

Last August we checked in to the Yacht Club in about 10 minutes. It helped that there was no one on line :)

April 2nd - Pop Century - less than 10 minutes.. :flower:

We were checked in at AKL in under 10 minutes last week. And that includes all the info that they like to tell you. Not a line and plenty of CM's to help. It was around noon when we checked in.

I stayed at the dolphin May 25-30, and from the time we entered the lobby until the time we left the front desk with keys in hand was about 10 minutes. There was only one other family in front of us, and they were just finishing when we got there. The process was very short and easy.

I've stayed at the Swan/Dolphin many times (both busy season and off season, convention time and non-convention time), and I've never waited more than 15 minutes to check in.

We just got back from a stay at the Pop Century and when we checked in we were in and out of the line in less than 15 minutes. Plus, we got there early (before 11:00 am) but was able to go ahead to our room. Plus, we had a perfect room. We were in the 50's building away from the pool. At night you could see the Illuminations fireworks from the walkway. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

Last July at BWI, we arrived at 9:30 am. There was no line. Got called right up to the desk. Walked away about 10 minutes later with key in hand. Opened our room door about 5 minutes after that. :wizard:
