how long before you arrive concierge

I was wondering when do you here from the concierge service,
I have read here on the boards they contack you before you leave home.

We are staying at the Contemporary Concierge in May and at the end of December I received a form from concierge to fill out asking about how many people there are in my party, what time we arrive, and to provide any priority seatings or dinner show requests we may have. I was suprised how early the form was sent to me, I was even more surprised I even recieved one! We stayed in the Contempoary 12th floor concierge in 1999 and we never received any correspondence prior to our arrival.

I have always contacted them first. Usually a week before my 60 day mark so they can get me a PS for Cindy's breakfast. This trip I spoke to Tara and also have gotten e-mails from her. A week after I spoke to her, I got a planner in the mail. I am very impressed with the prompt, professional attention I have gotten so far. Much better than the GF RPC. My advice is to call them if you do not hear from them by your 60 day mark. Sooner if you need their help with a hard PS.

I have been contacted within days of making the reservation each time.

We'll be at the Polynesian LV Concierge April 12-22. Our TA made our reservations in October. I sent a greeting email to the concierge staff at the beginning of January. The same day they called me to say Aloha and see if I had any needs. Since then they've mailed the planner guide and have called twice after receiving it back from me. They've been very helpful and informative. I've dealt with Rose Marie and Matthew. Both were very nice.

Anything from 2 weeks to three months seems to be the norm. We were never contacted in advance by the GF.

When I e-mailed the AKL to book the Sunrise Safari before they contacted me for our second visit, their responding email welcomed me back
