How long are the waits for a non FP+ Character?

On a moderate crowd level day, what can I expect for waits for characters that are standby only? I am mostly wondering about the world showcase characters (Mulan, Pooh, Alice, Mary Poppins, etc.) and the MK non-FP characters (Chip and Dale, Buzz, Aladdin, Pete Silly Sideshow)

Typically 5-10 minutes tops. Sometimes no wait.

I have found in high season they can build up a line to see Mulan or other characters. We watch the start and stop times and plan accordingly.
