Crowds should be quite manageable. Weekends are always busier than weekdays at all the parks.
If you are still there on Mother's Day, Epcot is generally more crowded than it normally is on a Sunday, due to the Mother's Day Brunch and the Flower & Garden Festival.
I'm also curious about the crowds....I'll be in FL closer to the end of May (24th-31). I'm not sure what day I'll be at the park but I was wondering how crowded the parks will be around that time frame.

That time frame will be much more crowded. Memorial Day weekend start the summer rush which continues to grow through June and peaks the first week of July.
On the topic of May hours, would anyone like to guestimate the crowd levels around May 22-26. I know it's before most schools get out, as it's before Memorial Day. I'm hoping this will help to lower crowds, especially since we plan on utilizing the nighttime Extra Magic Hours. Thanks for the help, guys!
