Hello everyone! I made a reservation back in July of 2016 for our next vacation in September 2017. I wasn't concerned when I didn't receive the "Incredible Vacation" welcome packet right away. I figured that it was simply because my vacation was over a year away. But the year mile marker has come and went and still nothing. My reservation appears in the MDE correctly so I know there's nothing wrong there. Does anyone have any input?
