Of all the diet drinks I have tried, light lemonade is the worst tasting. The after-taste is just awful, though I suppose it can be washed away with a cup of water. Crystal Light isn't bad but often the side effects you can get from drinking the additives in "low calorie" beverages are worse than consuming the actual calories. Sweeteners like Splenda are not only terrible tasting, certain peoples' bodies do not know how to process these chemicals, leading to more weight gain.
