How late is too late for Boma's buffet?

I believe the buffet is over at 10pm, so I'm wondering if a 9:30 ADR will be too late and not much left on the buffet - and perhaps they won't be replenishing the food like they do throughout the evening?

Maybe I'm wrong? Has anybody eaten at their buffet this late at night?

We've eaten at 9:15pm on our last visit... and we are trying for that time again! (we currently have an 8:25pm, but are trying for later because AK is open until 8 that night).

Everything was wonderful, and they were constantly bringing out hot dishes to the line during our meal.

I think that the last seating is 9:55pm. We haven't had any problems eating that late at Boma's. They will continue to replace the food and won't rush you out.

Excellent! The reason I was wondering is this:

If there is Spectromagic at the MK that evening (I can choose from Wednesday, Nov. 12th or Saturday, Nov. 15), I wanted to get the latest ADR for Boma's as possible. Can't miss my Spectromagic!!!!!

Is this possible?

We always go for latest seating, close to 10:00. It's great because restaurant is usually a bit quieter by then but the food is still fresh and being brought out for replenishment as if we were first ones there instead of last.

Disney stops serving fresh food one minute after the very last guest goes out the door.
