How late does Guest Relations @ the Int'l Gateway entrance at Epcot stay open?

We'll be staying at YC and I need to activate my AP. I thought it would be so convenient to activate it at the International Gateway entrance at Epcot, but now our flight has moved to a later time. How late does Guest Relations at the IG stay open?

I'm not sure.......but they did close before EPCOT closed. I had picked up my Annual Pass there earlier in the evening, but had not really examined it. During the evening I did finally take a closer look at my ticket, and the expiration date was wrong (it dated back to when I purchased the voucher many months before) . When I went through the International Gateway to get this corrected (probably around 8-ish), the booths were empty and they were closed. Keep in mind this was a while ago (Presidents Weekend in February). I did get the date corrected, but I had to wait until the next day.
