How late can you cancel excursions/other reservations?

I have a 1 year old and 4 year old so our plans change frequently When do I need to cancel things to avoid getting charged?

Specifically: BBB, Royal tea, a cabana, and excursions

Excursions & cabanas must be cancelled 3 days prior to the start of your cruise.

For BBB: Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time to avoid a $10-per-person cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will also apply to no-shows.

Royal Court Tea: When Guests have not canceled a dining reservation at Royal Court Tea at least 3 days prior to the reservation or do not arrive at the restaurant to honor the reservation, the reservation is considered confirmed and 100% of the per person cost is applied to the Guests' folio.

The date is actually shown online on your reservation, an easy way to check, it says when activities open and when the close.

That's right...we learned not to depend on the "standard" cancellation dates, since activities vary. Looking at your reservation online (or calling DCL) is much safer. Also, although this is not dependable, when something comes up (not feeling well, another activity, etc), you aren't guaranteed but can always ask past the cancellation deadline.
