How late can you board a bus to a park?

I've tried looking online but can't seem to find an answer after multiple google searches. We have a reservation at Sanaa at 6:30pm in May and staying at the Contemporary. While MK currently closes at 6pm, if it ends up closing at 9pm would we be able to board the bus at AKL for MK as late as 8 or 8:15pm after dinner then walk back to Contemporary? We have a toddler so Uber is out (I've seen reports that Uber Car Seat is basically nonexistent right now). I know as last resort we could bus to Epcot then bus to Contemporary from there if Epcot closes at 11pm or via Disney Springs but that would obviously take a lot longer.

I also don't mind booking a private transfer car with a car seat which is what we are doing to get to a Topolino's breakfast reservation another day but unsure how long we should plan for dinner at Sanaa and what time to have the car come if the bus to MK wouldn't be an option?

If the hours get extended to 9, you should be OK with that timeline. Should.

But if it’s 8, you’re likely out of luck. There are no buses to parks that are closed. Of course, you should always have a back up plan in case things go sideways!

thanks! If hours get extended that will be our plan A and bus via Epcot plan B. Otherwise we will probably just book a car if they don’t.
