How late can you add someone to your stateroom?

Considering inviting a third to my cruise but not sure if it is too late. Thanks.

Probably up to the day prior. Pending availability, of course. Availability is determined by DCL as 1) does the stateroom have bedding space for 1 more, 2) does the muster station have space for 1 more, and 3) if <18 is the appropriate kids' club maxed out. Since this is a 3rd passenger, #1 is no problem. With the lower capacity #2 may be a question. And age.

Are they vaccinated or can they test in time?

I would call Disney as nothing seems to list the last timing for a vaccinated guest but for a non-vaccinated guest you need their test results in Safe Passage 24 hours prior.

Also, be aware that 3rd person will be paying the current cost of a 3rd person, not what they would have been had they been on the original reservation.

Definitely. That was pre-covid a cruise could be booked or guests added the day prior to embarkation. Looks like you are a week out so hopefully you're good!
