I'm just trying to figure out my fastpass timing. I'm not sure if we will make it right on time the way we have our fastpasses set up. How late can we be?

All reservations are held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After that, you run the risk of losing the table and being charged $10 a person for a missed reservation. Typically a little beyond 15 minutes they are just fine accommodating, but I wouldn't bank on it.

Ok thanks.

There is no set grace period, so in theory, you could be considered a no-show/late as soon as your ADR time passes. In most cases, that won't happen, and the CMs tend to give guests a 5 to 15 minute grace period, but it's going to depend on how busy the restaurant is, the CM at check-in, etc.

Thanks ! Yes I would say if they are busy they may just count it a no show quicker.

You can always try calling them a little before (like 15min before maybe) and say that you're running a little late.

there isn't anyone to "call". WDW-DINE is a call center that could be located anywhere. They can't update the system or really do anything for you if you are running late

There is no official policy on grace periods, but usually they will allow up to about 15 minutes before you are put on the walk up list if they are accepting walk ups or mark you as a no show. It will depend on the restaurant and the circumstances at the time you arrive. We were at a DW restaurant that was running far behind schedule so in an effort to catch up anyone showing up late was turned away.

Keep in mind when making your FPs that Disney asks you to be at the restaurant 10 minutes prior to your ADR time.

There really is no way to know ahead of time what will happen if you are late. You could be fine. You could be treated as a walk up and have a wait. Or you could be told you missed your time, thanks for your $10 a person. Only you know if you are comfortable with the risk.
