How late can I buy water park tickets?

If I bought tickets online (like with the seasonal water park ticket), how long would it take for them to be added to our magic bands if we are already on property? Could I do it the night before?

I have several reasons for waiting on buying them but just wonder how long I can push it before having to decide. I'm specifically interested in the ones online, not at the gate.

Instantly available, if you buy on-line from Disney.

BTW, the tickets won't be "ON" your MBs.
They will instantly be available in your MDE account, and therefore, your
MBs will have access to them for immediate use.

I'm not sure why you are only interested in the tickets on-line, as you could simply walk up to any ticket window at WDW (including the ones at each Water Park) and purchase the tickets there in a matter of minutes... for the same price as on-line from Disney.

Because there's a deal online for both water parks in the same day, and it's cheaper than the regular tickets if you go before May 23. Not sure they will have that at the gate.

If you order on-line from Disney, choose the "WILL CALL" delivery option.
The tickets will either automatically immediately appear in your MDE account, or you can manually input the confirmation numbers into your MDE.

(There is no need to ever pick up the actual tickets.)

Thank you very much! That's what I needed to know.

It won't let me link it, but it's just on the regular Disney site under water park tickets, the "seasonal" ticket option.

I was pretty happy to see this because we are doing a shorter visit, and if the weather is good, kids feel like it, etc, we will check it out (hence the last minute tix).
