How late can Bell Services Accept a Grocer Delivery / Deliver to room?

We’re flying into Orlando for an upcoming trip in a few weeks staying at the Boardwalk. I always do a grocery delivery to bell services and have them bring it to the room after we check in. This time, our flight doesn’t arrive to MCO until 9:21 pm, so I figure my best case scenario is getting to the hotel around 11 pm, and this airline has been terrible about delays recently, so Im prepared to not get there till after midnight or worse. I’d really like to have groceries because I need distilled water for a cpap machine and like to have cereal available for our kids in the morning along with lactaid milk (which the on resort grocery store never seems to carry).

Am I going to have a problem with having the Instacart delivery arrive late (latest window looks like its 8 pm to 11 pm), and more importantly, having bell services potentially store these items into the midnight hour / deliver it to use at that point?

No idea if WDW hotels offer 24/7 Bell Service but you could order an earlier delivery and pick it up when you arrive.

Yeah, I’m going to order it for delivery earlier, just worried what happens if Bell Services closes. What do they do with the order that they’ve been holding at that point?

You can call and ask! I vaguely remember there being 24/7 bell service for picking it up yourself, but not sure if they will deliver to your room that late.

I know BW and likely all are NOT 24/7 bell service. A few years back we had luggage from an airline delivered to BW. Long story and the airline…. Was supposed to be by 9 that turned into 1:30 in the morning. The front desk accepted the luggage they also knew it was coming and called us as we needed the luggage. I want to say 11 but could have been 10 Bell services closed. Not sure of the ability to get anything after close from bell services itself.

If you have something delivered to bell services before they close (make sure you indicate that it (b/c of lactaid) needs refrigerated and have the driver tell them that), should you get to BW after they close, the front desk should still be able to assist you with getting your order from the refrigerator in bell services.
