How late are the resort restaurants open

I would like to have dinner at O'hanna's after Spectromagic our first night. The park is open until 8 and Spectro is at 7. I figured we'd watch the parade nearest to the entrance as possible and then leave for the Poly right after the parade. I was thinking that a PS sometime after 8:00 would be my best bet, but I do not want to be there near closing time. When do they stop serving dinner?

I know 'Ohana takes reservations at 9:00. So, you should be fine.

Sorry I don't know the exact answer.

But, I do know that some resort restaurants, like Olivia's, close at 10:00.

Thanks, I just hate getting to a restaurant when it is getting near to their closing time. I always feel like I am keeping the employees from getting home.
