How late are counter service restaurants open on MNSSHP nights?

We have ADR's for the CP on the night we are going, but as I've read some posts, I'm wondering if we should just do a counter service dinner - like at Pecos Bills.

Does anyone know how late the MK counter service restaurants are open on an MNSSHP night - and which ones? thanks.

I know Casey's closed their doors at midnight.

Most of them were open until closing but they were busy. We went to Caseys early and to Cosmic Ray's around 10 both were packed. It was just a mad house at Rays, they ran out of something (go figure???) and the line stoppedfor a long time, over 20 minutes (it seemed longer). DH missed Wishes, DS & I left him in line to go watch... he hadn't ordered yet when we got back.

I have promised myself not to do Counter service after 5PM at MVMCP again. In the future we will do an early ADR or eat before we hit the park.
