How late are car rental companies at MCO open?

We're flying in at midnight and need to rent a car. Are any open then? What if our flight is late?

We were also hoping to get a car through Priceline. Does anyone know that if you have a bid accepted for a midnight pickup, is there a guarantee that they'd be open or wait for you if the flight is late?

Any of the companies that you would get via Priceline are open all night. We have often done Priceline rentals at MCO with no problem. The biggest confusion used to come with deciding which day to make the rental for when we were supposed to arrive right around midnight. Once, I made it for the day after, since we were supposed to arrive around 11:55 p.m. We got in early and had to wait for the counter clerk's clock to tick over to midnight; otherwise, it wouldn't let her complete the rental, since it was technically a different day. On the flipside, we once booked the day "before" since our flight was supposed to be in around 11:15 p.m. We arrived after midnight, and the Avis computer said there were no rentals available at that price, even though we were pre-paid. It took a supervisor to get the picky computer to cooperate, but they got it all sorted out. They still had our car; it was purely a computer glitch.
