How is the new food court at the Land in Epcot? Ever tried it?

We loved the Chicken & the Beef Flatbreads. The Chili Chicken Garlic Noodle Bowl was decent for CS, but they need to offer you some Chili paste to beef it up a bit. DH liked his Ham & Salami Grinder too.
It's one of our favorite CS places. There are so many things on the menu I want to try.

We were there last August too, and yes there were flies everywhere. We moved tables three times, but we did still eat our food which was good. Some chinese type stuff I think. We went again in December and not a fly in sight.

One word - healthy! The healthy choices were wonderful - fresh veggies! Lovely! We'd go back!! :thumbsup2

The food there is great I suggest you "fly" right in there on your next trip. :rotfl2:

Really good and seems to be a better variety of healthy choices than most places.

Question for those of you who have done the dining plan there--what did you get for sides?

There are a variety of small restaurants in one place. Its like being in the food court in a mall for the different varieties of food available.

I've always thought for a food court, this restaurant to be very good. Lots of varieties, which is a blessing when you have picky eaters.

I've never been bothered with flies here. I'm sure there's certain times of the year when there's a problem.

Those late summer picnic's and barbecue's are always plagued with flies too. Lots of people, lots of food trash. Your bound to have a fly problem. Overall I think Disney does a good job keeping everything clean and picked up, to avoid this problem.

The Land CS is a must for us every trip. Fresh, healthy meals or snacks are great choices instead of burgers, chicken nuggets and fries.

the kids meals had applesauce and cornbread muffin that was sweet, could be a desert w some honey even!!

I had a flat bread steak thing with some kind of pesto sauce it was good

the desert case is awesome!! The strawberry shortcake was yummy and the brownie was huge and moist but they had other creations that were very unusual if you like that kind of thing, like a japanese ginger type cake that looked soooo pretty!

They reminded me of the deserts you can get at Paris in Las Vegas that look soooo amazing and very elegant.

We loved this place and will go back next time! Great location too! Get your FP for Soarin and grab some lunch then see the Lion King Movie and it will be time to ride!! :wizard:

I remember reading in one of my guides that this CS along with a few others is part of the "new" generation of CS restaurants at WDW. It sounds like a definite improvement! I think I'm sold on this place for our trip this winter. Thanks everyone!

We ate there in December. I got a chicken ceasar salad, and it was very good. My 18 yr old neice, who is a very picky eater, just wanted some chicken. They did sell her a baked chicken thigh, but they said they had to charge the same price as the combo. (around $10 I think) One piece of baked chicken that wasn't even white meat wasn't worth that. She did go back and get some cheesecake, and she said it was terrific.

We were there a couple of weeks ago and thought it was great. Had a huge sandwich and dessert (mmm strawberry shortcake). Enjoyed it so much went back another day and had the salmon and mashed potatoes and then carrot cake to go. All lovely. There were plenty of choices and many items packed up to go too.

one of the best counter service areas at Disney, the desserts alone are worth the trip.

Someone asked about vegetarian offerings-- the Land has some great choices since it's all a la carte. I picked up some awesome couscous there for a quick snack. YUM!!!
