Love chicken parm but also want to try the pizza. Big decision. I think I will get my husband to order one and I the other. Is the chicken parm a decent size? Thanks, Linda

I disliked it especially what it was served with I ended up skeetching pizza from my fiance. The chicken was good but it was just lacking ya know what i mean? Id go for pizza or a baked pasta

I was really looking for to trying the chicken parm here too. Then, I saw a picture on one of the post. I like my chicken parm covered in cheese on top of a plate of pasta. The picture I saw had barely any cheese and was served with two little triangles of spaghetti . I think I'll stick to pizza.

I was looking forward to trying the chicken parm, until I saw the picture. Now that OP says the flavor is lacking too I will not order it.

Serves me right for thinking of bypassing my general restaurant rule, especially for new places: Order what they specialize in: pizza.

Sure, lots of WDW restaurants have fabulous dishes that are out of their speciality, for example the char broiled steak at Flying Fish. But it takes time after a place has opened their doors for the word to get out about different menu items. Sticking with the house specialty is usually the safe way to go for a new place.

If you are looking for a more typical US chicken parm, i would skip it.

What is common here - over pasta with lots of sauce and cheese is very different than what is servied in Italy.

There it would usually have nothing but small vegetable or potato as a side dish with much less sauce/cheese.

Pasta would have been ordered as a separate course and never served alongside the chicken on same plate.

What they serve is good, but not the typical US version - though not as good as food in Italy either!

I wanted to try it to on our Nov. trip. Does anyone have the link to the picture of it???

It does look pretty yummy in this picture. The picture I saw a few days ago looked much smaller and had half the amount of pasta. Maybe I will still order it and make DH the pizza so I can try it.

I'm curious about the "spaghetti torte" that accompany many dishes at Via Napoli. What is it, exactly? What's the consistency? I've never seen anything quite like that, I don't think!

Here is a more recent pic. Doesn't look nearly as good!:scared1: And that's gonna cost me $22??

I have a picture im uploading but basically there is fried spaghetti serrved with no sauce aka No flavour... the red sauce has little flavor, the breading isnt seasoned etc.

But the pizza is AWESOME!

We ate there last week and my husband and I split the chicken parm and also ordered a pizza. It was a smaller serving, like in the second pic. We were not impressed. I did lack flavor. The wedge of spaghetti was very dry and gummy. Definitely not worth the money. Pizza was quite good. Service very slow, as we encountered in every single TS restaurant we visited over our 12 day stay. It was hand down the loudest restaurant I have ever been in. We were seated at the kitchen-end of the very long table and had to yell at each other the whole meal.

I am not sure and I ate it. I had it with the eggplant parm. By looking at it you would think it would be eggy or cheesy in flavor..but honestly it has zero flavor. Just really dry. :confused3 It was ok when you dipped it in the red sauce, because it tasted like the red sauce.;)

Why did this change so dramatically from decent looking to a serving that should be served at lunch. I can't believe that 2nd picture they charge $22 for that small serving. Think we'll stick to the pizza.
