How is Prime Time Shuttle?

I'm wanting to use Prime Time Shuttle for our 1st DL trip, but want to make sure they are a reputable company. I love the idea that kids under 12 are free as long as you book before Sept. 30th. If you have used them please let me know what you thought or if you have heard something. Thanks!!!!

I've used them a couple of times and they are fine. The only negative I had once was with a trip BACK to the airport. They spent about an hour taking someone WAAAAYYY out of the way before dropping us at the airport and we almost missed our flight.

I'm sure that could be the case with any shuttle service when you don't have a private van just for your family.

Other than that, they were prompt, reliable and courteous. At the airport, they were right there. In fact, I don't even usually make a reservation--just hop off the plane and go to the shuttles and wheel and deal with them. Prime Time is always the cheapest!

I used them last month to go from LAX to Pasadena.
They were easy to find walking out of the AP.
The van was not as nice (older and window rattled) as Super shuttle (used them from GCH to LAX with the rest of the fam).
Driver was a nice guy.
I felt safe.
We circled LAX 2 times looking for more potential riders, then proceeded solo to my destination.
I used them as they were $30 cheaper to my original destination than Super shuttle .

1 more thumbs up for them. My original flight was canceled, I was due into LAX noon (local time) on a Sunday. I did not call to cancel and reschedule the service until 7 PM EST on Sunday (long canceled flight story) I arrived 11 AM on Monday. No extra fees after explaining there was no way I could cancel before my expected arrival time.

I'd use them again.

We have used them 3 times to go from Long Beach to Harbor. The last time being 2 weeks ago. Never had any problems.

Prime Time is amazing! We left one of our bags on their shuttle at the airport, they got us to change into another shuttle, and they drove all the way out from the airport into Anaheim to give our bag back to us!!! We didn't even realise we had left it until the driver from the other shuttle called our driver and let him know. We were so lucky.
