I am always trying to get down there......I had to cancel this Jan because I wasn' t feeling well enough to go.....So I am looking at the end of Feb or beginning of march...What is it like? Crowded? Cold? We loved being there when the crowds were low...but it might not be an option.....Disney is begging us to go with all of the discounts....

Your thoughts. BTW we plan on spending just 5 days at the parks and 2 days at the fort. So we can skip the crazy crowded days....

We were just there this last Feb/March, (last week of feb, first week of march) we liked it, not as much as october tho. The weather was ok, a little cool, but fine for us northerners. Parks weren't too crowded. Just be careful to look at the schedules for things like presidents weekend and spring breaks!!!

We have been 3x in January and will be going back this February(7-21) and don't know what to expect either.

Jan. 01 was not crowded at all, Jan. 04 was GREAT, but Jan. 08 was TERRIBLE! We were so surprised! I am really not sure what to expect anymore because of the foreigner's and it seems more and more people keep their kids out of school to go during the "slower" & cheaper off-seasons.

I do expect the week of President's day to be awful based on our trips that coincided with MLK(08) and Columbus Day(07) and Thanksgiving(08). I knew that the week of Thanksgiving would pick up, but :scared1: ! I think that any week that is tied to a Nat. holiday, no matter what it is, will be crowded. I think the only thing that might affect your March trip would be spring break week. They don't start around here until the 1st week in April, but that is different everywhere you go!

I guess I wasn't much help!:) I don't know anything about Feb/March, so maybe someone will give us both some good news!:goodvibes

We have been aroung that time in the past and I don't remember a problem but, we left right at the begining of the big Daytona activities
( Speedweek,Daytona 500, Bikeweek )I don't know what, if any, affect these will have on the fort or the parks This all starts right in that last week of Feb. first week of March area.
