How is Ferris Feeling?

Julie and Corey, I feel your pain. Something is going around that is affecting SO many kids it's insane. For the past two weeks my DD 4 has had pneumonia with 104 degree fever and an ear infection. Two days after her first doctor visit I had to bring DS 2 because he had a high fever and bad cough which turned out to be croup. We visited the pediatrician 3 times, plus urgent care and an extra trip for a chest x-ray all in one week. The crazy thing is, at the same time two of my friends who also have two children each are sick with similar things...croup, bronchitis and ear infections to name a few. Thankfully over the past couple of days the kids have been improving so I am optimistic about this weekend being the start of a better half of the month of April! Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that you are NOT alone in the fight against sickness. I'm not sure what illness little Ferris has, but I really hope he feels better soon and that you guys can get some much needed rest and peace of mind.

Poor Ferris!!! My DD 4 just got over pneumonia last week. This whole winter/spring season has been the pits for getting sick...

I can relate - DS had pneumonia when he was just about Ferris' age. He started coughin Sunday afternoon. He was up all night. By the time I got him to the doctor Monday morning he had pneumonia. It's just scarry when they cough and cough and can't stop.
