I'll let you know i'm there from memorial weekend for 2 weeks!

re special - Star Wars weekends are still running.

according to easywdw crowd levels in first week of june 2014 are 8 (9 at weekend) so its erm... BUSY.

It's also gay days from 5th - 8th on top of the star wars weekend
no idea if they are same time each year or what it involves. Disney is pretty camp anyway! actually they aren't an official event - and just means more people in that park on that day so easy to schedule around that extra level of people

We've gone the second week of June the past 2 years in a row. Crowds are big, but with a little bit of planning and knowledge, they are manageable. Weather is hot and you can probably expect some form of rain shower most days in the afternoon. This year we used our rain ponchos on 3 of the 5 days that we were there, but it wasn't enough rain to spoil our fun.

Crowded, but doable
Star Wars Weekend was fun, but crowded.
It only rained on us once, so that was good.....we have been in June before when it poured several times.

We always stay on property so we always take advantage of EMH. It usually is not so bad. We never wait more than 30 mins for a ride. We get up early then in the afternoon head to the hotel for a swim or a nap and then go back in the evening. Would go during that time frame again no problem.

Summer like crowds, hot and humid. Afternoon pop up thunder storms all good stuff. I hope you enjoy your vacation.
