We ate lunch there in May. Unless it has changed since then, there were no characters at the meal. There was a character (don't remember who - a female) in the waiting area. I think she may have just been passing through, but stayed for pictures and autographs.
Lunch was good. I had the Apricot Barbecue Chicken, which was very good. I don't usually like BBQ chicken, but I liked it a lot. It came with cole slaw and a hunk of apple walnut cake as part of the entree, which was odd but it all played well together.
My wife had two appetizers instead of an entree (one was the spring rolls, which she liked).
