My wife and I are looking into DVC. We requested the DVD from the website. Before it was sent to us we recieved a call from the DVC. After talking with the first person, we were transfered to Mr. Bill Koontz. We spoke briefly.

Then 2 weeks later we received a call from Mr. Koontz asking if we had any questions. At that time we did not have any questions. A week after that Mr. Koontz sent us information and a brochure on BLT.

So, my question is, is Mr. Koontz our guide? We will be at WDW in mid November and want to take the tour. Should we set this up with Mr. Koontz? Or can we take the tour with any other employee of the DVC?

Thank you in advance for your replies.

Mr. Koontz is your guide and he was mine also. He was very knowledgable and always returned my calls quickly. I have heard horror stories about some other people's guides, so I was glad I didn't have any problems with Mr. Koontz.

Looks like Koontz is your Guide, call him for your tour. You can change to a different Guide if you wish.
