How have you Disney-ified your home? (souveniers thread)

Our small guest room is the "Disney Room", every guest that comes over...loves to look around in it! As you can see i LOVE my Disney room. I didn't want Disney all over my house so it's in one rom and a guest bath. Except i did sneek some mickey andfriends cannisters in kitchen and some dishes and utensils. BUt for the most part all is in here! We just moved in about 2 years ago. I am still waiting to paint the wall behinf the bed either Mickey red or Mickey yellow as a focal point.

In our large guest room it's animal kingdom themed...with a queen size bed spread from Animal Kingdom lodge. (yes it was dried cleaned before puttingon the bed LOL!)

Here's my "Mickey Room." The artwork above the bed is actually the plates mounted on fabric canvases.

This makes me want to re-do my other guest room........maybe in a few years........

Hi! I think your talking about the ones above the head board and those are from the Art of Disney in DTD, they have them at some of the parks too in the art gallery stores. They are black with sort of a maroon border inlay. I use them for the Disney sketches that you can buy at the parks. They are perfect in sze. I need about 8 more!

Some are wondering what the bottom two shelfs are. It is clothes for Duffy and Shellie Mae.I rigged the bottom shelf with a metal rod from the underneath of the above shelf. So the hardware can't be seen. then I use Build a bear hangers or keep the white hanger on the Duffy packaging to hang them. I though it worked great and it was inexpensive and easy to do. I was tired of digging through rubbermaid containers. Because the clothes are long it left very little space betwenn the two shelfs above so I use that for Duffy's shoes and hats.

I will post pictures later as it is late here and kids are sleeping.
My familyroom is painted --black crown and bass molding...then red walls, yellow chair rail and then white bottom wall.. on the walls I have Disney artwork and the the walls are being covered with photopass pictures. Along with DCL things. Then Captain Mickey large pic greets you at my front door, my bedspread is from the Disney Magic beds(found on ebay..did not steal from the ship), my license plate is disney cruise(spelled different but that I won't reveal), also mickey antenna topper, and disney family decal on the back..(saying " Love cruising with Disney"). Along with Mickey cookie jar and kitchen wear...I have tons more but can't list it all. My friends send their friends to me for any and all Disney questions...LOL

My bathroom. Inspired by the old Mickey toiletries you used to get at Disney resorts. Luckily I happened to find a bathroom set that matched perfectly (many years ago) at Sears!

I also have a Tinker Bell bedroom, but the theme in there is not quite as precise since I have so much other non-Tink junk to display along with the Tink stuff.

Just last week I finally finished a display for my most cherished Disney collection - my Disney books. DH is going to build me some custom shelving someday, but for now, here it is:

The top row is about 6 ft across, so I couldn't get it all in the picure.

Oh my goodness!!! I have to ask... Where, where, where did you get that 2nd sand bucket print?

I have 3 of the Sand Bucket prints in our main bathroom which is a "Mickey Mouse at the Beach" theme, but I have never seen this particular print w/ the Magic Kingdom bucket!!!

Our bathroom NEEDS this print!!!

Sorry-just saw this. I got it at Art of Disney at Downtown Disney and had it framed at Michaels. I think the current print now had DHS instead of MGM and the wand is off Spaceship Earth.
