How have you Disney-ified your home? (souveniers thread)

Love this thread! We are about to embark on our first 'disney' room. Our kitchen is being ripped out and re-fitted Disney style. We are having white cabinets and they will have random different sized circles of solid Disney colours - red, black, yellow, blue - we have small sillouhette decals of mickey and minnie for the tiles and then tons of Disney bits like mickey cookie jar, tea towels, sink strainer, storage jars ... the list goes on. I'm very excited about it

i don't have pics yet, so i'll try to run through the list
basement, 5 glicees, bambi, jungle book,bambi,lion king, peter pan
both couches have throw blankets from resorts, 100 + movies
my treadmill with run disney logo, to help me toward my weight loss goal, i want to run it
toy room has too many disney things to list

kitchen, vintage white, coffee,tea,sugar and flour containers, mickey spoon rest, mickey cutting board
living room 11 jim shore dolls
upstairs bathroom mickey shower curtain, and curtain rings, floor mat
our room holds all the stuff from the parks i haven't done any thing with yet
daughters room is tinkerbell, 3 ear hats, and various stuffies
sons room was toy story themed, 5 ear hats and toys

our pets are sleeping beauty (cat, that was her name when we got her) and belle (dog)
i have 4 posters to put up from theaters
and i have to 2 disney tattoos, yep we like disney

Ditto on the christmas decorations here. I also have a cookie jar, lots of photo frames, magnets and I have the disney desk set at work. I some of the previous posters rooms. I would love to do the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen.

HELP! I got in idea in my head to disneyfy my boys bathroom but it is proving more challenging than I anticipated. I would love to do a POTC bathroom, idealy with a curtain similar to the pirate rooms at CBR but so far I have been able to find nothing even close. My boys are a little too old for the TS/cars stuff and the classic mickey color scheme is what has been in the bathroom for years. Does anyone know where I could look to find anything like this????

I love your little bathroom peeker! She's a cutie! That's a great shower curtain too! Where did you get it? We have painted the kiddie's bathroom Minnie shoes yellow and have a red curtain, but I would love to have this instead!

Lots of crazy Dis folks here - and I'm proud to show my membership card. We have collected over 80 ornaments for our 7 foot tree. Not only Dis, but very prominent.

A few pics from my home office area. I have some really neat bobble head plastic figures that were collected by sending in proof of purchase from Keebler cookies. Sets of 4 for Lion King, Toy Story, Mickey, and Pooh.

The spare bath in our basement is Mickey. And then, back when I was pregnant with DD8 we did the nursery like this:

We took an overhead projector and traced coloring book pages on the wall and hand painted every one of them. They are each about 3 feet tall. My mom free-handed the castle for me, then we did a yellow brick road as our nod to being Kansans.

Now my youngest is four, so the crib has been replaced with a queen bed and it's turned into the spare bedroom. Have a castle throw on the bed, and it looks like my craft stuff has erupted all over the place. That and all the clothes we are switching between seasons and sizes. But one of thsee days it will be the cute, organized spare Disney room/craft room!

Love this! ...and who wouldn't want Pooh for a replacement!

I have a variety of things around our house as well:

Several corkboards filled with about 1000 pins (painted black to show off the pins).
Puzzles that we have framed or intend to frame.
A number of kitchen items - teapot, tea, mugs, pancake mold, egg mold (use it for a rice krispies square cutter) and I love, love, love to look at my Mickey sink stopper every day (needs replacing, on my May shopping list).

Pics of three cork boards...I still have at least another big board to fill. The pics don't really do them justice...they don't look so crowded in as this pic makes them look.

I have Cap'n Jack pillows, beach towels and statues. Stuffed characters, a grim, grinning ghost that sings and a vintage Mickey bobblehead. Nothing even close to the rest of you. My heroes!

Found a few that fit the theme. Suprised I havent found any ones from the resort on Ebay though. Maybe these might work? A few of them are pricey though.

You know you could always even get a canvas looking tan or off white shower curtain and stencil on a design with fabric paint and save a ton. Could even customize it. I have made my own before even. I buy canvas material at the fabric store cheap and put my own grommets on ( slides nicely) and then I added Disney themed patches..

I would also get one of those old looking travel trunks you can get at places like craft stores , Big Lots , Hobby Lobby , etc.. and roll up bath towels to stick inside.

I just painted my walls Disney Blue. And found these curtains at Jc Pennys , which for some reason remind me of Disney... Cant put my finger on it. My dd said they remind her of the Kingdom Hearts heart.

My favorite Disney item. I am working on themeing my dining room around it. Its a Beauty and the Beast dining table prototype that was made for Disney stores. I was able to get it from the creator. It has all the characters around the rim and Beasts face around the base .

My Lumeire , I need to get Cogsworth still.
