How have Riviera's Buses been? And how far away is the bus stops at Parks and Disney Springs?

Hi All Riviera Owners! How have the busses for Riviera been for those that have stayed? Does anyone know what bus stop numbers Riviera is at the parks? Is Riviera a lower number bus stop(closer to beginning of bus stops) or is it a high number like the Value Hotels seem to be about as far away as possible?

We were there over New Year's... Took a bus to and from MK once, and took a bus from HS to Riv once when the Skyliner was down.

The return stops from the parks are as close as other deluxe resorts, and it's a dedicated bus, which is also nice.

My one "complaint" at the time was that the screens at the resort did not show when the next bus was coming.

I've heard the skyliner doesn't run too late after park close. I wonder what would happen if we went over to Ample Hills after Epcots fireworks and got ice cream could we take the skyliner back to Riviera an hour after park closes?

I think you'd have to look at the hours posted during your stay, but I can't imagine a quick pop over to Ample Hills could take too much time. And it seems counter to the whole idea of making the BW area accessible to other resorts.

Yeah I was thinking that also. I'm hoping eventually it will have the same hours as busses or the monorail at least. We mostly bought at Riviera for its proximity to the Boardwalk area since we love Ample hills and Boardwalk Pizza and Beaches and Cream.

Funny that I’m sure the screens had the time on at Xmas when we took the bus to DS from there?
