How fast do Halloween decorations disappear?

We have a trip booked 10/28-11/4 and I'm wondering if the decorations will be gone by the time we leave. I kind of hope so as my kiddos have never seen the parks in their "natural" state since we have always taken them in Sept. Or early Oct.. LOL.

They will transition to Christmas almost immediately, so that "natural state" is not likely to be there.

The last Halloween party is Nov 1 and the first Christmas party is Nov 8, so MK will transform quickly. The other parks may take a bit longer.

They'll have the Christmas merchandise out by 11/2. In 2015, we were there from 10/23-11/3. I don't remember the Magic Kingdom being completely decorated by then, and I know the tree wasn't up at DHS, but there were Christmas decorations at DHS and Christmas merchandise EVERYWHERE.

I've watched it transform over night. Halloween one night. Christmas by early the next morning. It is particularly impressive/startling in MK.

I'm excited. We will be there from October 31 - November 6. I'm so happy I will see both Halloween and Christmas decorations!!! The last Halloween party is November 1, hoping to go since we won't arrive until late on Halloween.

Generally they take the Halloween Decor down after the last Halloween Party and put up the Christmas decor immediately. At least in MK.

Yes, literally. I was at Disney Springs on the morning after Halloween, and there was no sign of Halloween and all the Christmas decorations were up. Christmas music, absent the day beforehand, was everywhere. This is what I saw-



The elves had definitely been busy after trick-or-treating.

I remember seeing that time lapse video before my Oct. 26-Nov. 8 trip one year and I thought it was stretching the truth a bit. Nope. It really did change from one day to the next!

It is amazing how MK can transform overnight. The other parks are slower, resorts even slower still. But MK won't return to it's normal state till after the Marathon in January.
