How Far

It's better to take the monorail because it's closer to the DLH then the entrance to the park. :sunny:

It's about 5-10 minutes, depending on how fast you walk and the crowds. The monorail will be down starting sometime in Sept through sometime in the spring, so if you're going then, you will only be able to walk.

I think it depends on how lined up the monorail is... we waited through 2 monorails and still didn't get on, so we ended up walking and it was way faster! I think both times we tried/took it from DTD, it ended up taking WAY longer. The other thing to take into consideration is if you have a stroller... you have to put it down, etc... We like the idea of the monorail and my son really likes riding it, we even got to ride in the cone once! but if you are looking for faster, walking always wins.

And also on when you're going. The monorail may not be running during your visit while the new Nemo attraction is being constructed (I think it opens summer 2007.)
