how far Poly to TTC? same dist as GF to Poly? Contemp to MK?

Ive walked from Contemp to MK and from GF to Poly (which I think was closer)
whats the walking dist from Poly to TTC? would you ever want to take boat from TTC to MK? for the boat ride? (I know it's quicker to just hop on the monorail!)

When we stayed at the Poly, I requested a room close to the TTC. We were in the building now known as Tokelau, it was a short walk to both the TTC and the main building. It was nice because we could go to the TTC to get the Epcot monorail, no transfer like at GF or Contemporary.

Why woul you walk to the TTC from the Polynesian to take a boat when you can take the small launch boat right from the Polynesian?

To answer your question, it depends on what building you are in. You will have somepalce between a 5-10 minutes walk from any where at the PR to the ferry pier at the TTC.
