How far out can you book a suite at the Polly?

I was wondering how far out you could book a suite at the Polly. We have stayed in the Hawaii building and would maybe try a suite with the in-laws. Next year we can't swing it but maybe the year after. How far awawy can we book and does is there any type of payment plan? Thanks!!!

Sometime later this year, the 2009 rates will become available. At that time, you will be able to book by phone. However, if you wish to book online for 2009, you will have to wait until January of 2009 for the system to allow you to book, if the usual pattern of events holds true.

I think you can actually book by phone 500 days out BUT with the condition that when the 2009 rates come out your rate will change. They would book you at the current rate just to hold the room and it would go up.

You can book a room 499 days ahead of your last night at the resort. Not all rooms will be available at that time, but you can try for a suite.

You can book 499 days in advance over the phone, however, that's room only (no packages).

I wanted to add that you do NOT pay the one night deposit based on current rates. That's what I thought when I booked, but it wasn't the case. I had to pay a one night deposit based on an unguaranteed rate... basically what they think the 2009 rate will be. The guy told me it could be more or it could be less, probably less.

Just wanted to let you know so you're prepared.

If you book a reservation on the phone, you can make payments at anytime by calling back. You can make them for any amount over $20. If you continue with a room only reservation, you don't have to pay the balance until you arrive. If you end up with a package,then it needs to be paid in full 45 days before you arrive.
