How far of a walk is it from Polynesian Resort to Magic Kingdom?

Is Polynesian Resort walking distance to Magic Kingdom? If so, about how long of a walk is it?

I'm not advising anyone doing it, but isn't there a path around the lagoon? Could swear I've seen one from the Monorail (I'm talking past the GF, not just path from Poly to GF). Maybe it doesn't go all the way?

Edit: Nevermind. I forgot about the canal for the water pageant boats. You'd have to swim it or jump it, lol. But there is a path past that point to MK - not sure why?

Oh and monorail or boat will both get you there quickly. 10 minutes.

The original intent was to connect MK to GF, but they never completed it due to the boat harbor and a need to install a type of bridge. The cost vs. practicality stopped it from ever being completed.

The only path is between Poly and the TTC.

Its a little under 2 miles if you go down Seven Seas Dr and take a left on World Dr. I dont think there are sidewalks tho so I wouldnt advise it

That's a very high traffic area and would be a very dangerous thing to do.
