Approx. 20 minutes by Disney bus, which runs every half hour, but only when something's going on at EWWS.

Go out of the All Stars, left on to Osceola Parkway and turn right into WWoS in about 2 miles or so.

Direct bus from all 3 All Stars to WWoS is also available during events, like Joe said. Runs every 30 minutes (as long as nothing happens along the way)
