...can you book a reservation for a room?
6 months? a year? or more?

I think it’s 499 days, but you have to call to do it. I forget when they release the rooms online.

You can call and book anything past 1/1/2019 (they use this year's rates to determine the cost/deposit and then adjust it later)

Following year resort rack rates are typically released (and also become available for booking online) late June (eg, it was 6/20/2017 for 2018 dates)
