How far in advance to book Limo/Towncar

How far in advance do we need to book our Limo/Towncar service? Our trip is in the middle of October. I have already purchased airline tickets, but was concerned with booking ground transportation this early for fear they would lose it.

Any thoughts??

I think it is best once your airline reservation is in set in stone. It'll be once less thing to worry about.

I always book the day I have booked my airline tics. Infact, I just booked for Oct 8 and am now going to email Cartier!!!
