How far in advance should and can I book PS for the princess breakfast at Epcot

My family and I booked our WDW vacation Sept 26th thru Oct. It is going to be my niece's first trip ( She is 5) and we really want her to have breakfast with all the princesses at Epcot. How soon can and should we book? What was it like?? Is there a better Character breakfast?

It's 120 days for the PSB breakfast. I use the follwoing website to determine when to call for restaurant PS:

I would book as soon as you reach the 120 day mark if you can. I don't think you will have a hard time getting a ps if you call early. At least if you do, you will definitely get the time you want.
