Cross at Peace Bridge (stop at the duty free there if you like) and then after US Customs take the 190 south for 8mins or so, then the 90 East for another 10 or so until you reach the airport.
One tip, southwest has curb side check in. I drop the wife and kids off after checking the bags then go and park the car while they go inside the terminal.
Then we do the opposite when we arrive, we get the luggage and they wait inside the terminal until I've retrieved the car. Makes for less hassle, loading all the luggage and kids into the parking shuttles.
