How Far From Boardwalk to Jiko?

My DH and DD (age 9) are staying at the BW Inn in March. We all really want to visit AKL and have dinner at Jiko, which we've heard is fantastic. My question is: using Disney transportation, how long will it take to get from BW to AKL and what route is our best bet? If it's going take an hour, I think we'll pass and just stick to the restaurants at BW and Epcot.

Well, I'd guess using Disney transportion, I'd allow an hour. You'll have to go to MK, since AK closes usually by 6:00 or walk through Epcot, or take the boat or walk to MGM. Once you get there, it could be another 10 - 15 minute wait, and then another 10 minute ride to AK from there. A minimum of 40 minutes, but I'd allow an hour. You could take a cab for a few $$$, which make the ride about 10 minutes door to door.

The buses come to the front of BW every 20 or so minutes. The BW is the last resort stop on the way to AK, so it is a relatively short trip, 10 mins. Give yourself at least 30 min bus time.

Or your could go to DTD and grab the AKL bus from there.

Or take a cab - taking a cab at least back may be the best option.
