I am planning for a stay sometime in March onsite. How far ahead should I book to get the best rate?

If you can afford the one night deposit, book now to guarantee a room. You can always change your reservation should a cheaper rate become available. Should you decide to cancel, you can cancel up to 5 days before your trip and receive the refund on the deposit.
