We need to push our Trip back a year because of other family. Is it too early to move to Aug. 2012? We are booked for this Aug.

Just clarifying - if you have a reservation already, you can change it as long as the new dates are within 499 days of your original check-out date, even if the following year's general reservations have not yet been released?

Just wondering if its a way to get those super sought after dates? For example, make a reservation and then change it?

Or am I being devious?!

No, we are booked for July 31st till Aug. 16th. Not too hard to get. It's our 25th and we would rather go to Disney than have a party. But we want all the kids and grand kids to go too. One daughter went to Alaska with us last summer and is still paying that off and another daughter will have a 4 month old. So we think we should put it back a year. We're doing Dollywood instead.
