How easy is FP+ with no smart devices?

My parents are going in Nov (14-21) and neither of them have smartphones. They have also not been to WDW since the change over from paper FP. How easy is it going to be for them to deal with FP+ (changing, making new ones, etc.) without a smart device? I know there are kiosks, but will they have the same flexibility as they would if they were using the app?

Well its obviously less convenient since they will have to find a set of kiosks (I think there are only 4 locations in all of MK for example) but once they get to the kiosk they have the same ability as on the phone. They can pre book up to 3 and then after that its just 1 at a time at the kiosk.

we use the kiosks often. It is fine - not as convenient as a smart phone, but works for us.
