How early to plan next trip?

After our trip last month, we decided that we are going to go back next year, preferrably when the Christmas stuff is out (we were there last December and loved it!).

Anyways, this next trip we want to plan ahead and get a room either at GC or DLH. How early would you all book your trip?

If you are going this Dec. then I would start booking now so you have your pick of the type of view you want. Look at mousesavers.com or expedia.com and also compare prices by calling Disney Travel. Sometime they have deals, if you ask.
