How early to book ARD for Boma Breakfast?

My flight lands at 6:18 am and I'm taking DME. What time could I realistically expect to make it for an ADR at Boma for breakfast?

I'd book it for 10:30 but if you get there earlier ask if you can be seated. I think it is very likely that they will do that for you. Last April, I had no problem adding 2 people to our ADR on one days notice. In fact, the couple we were meeting made an ADR for the 4 of us the day before also.
