How is early can you start talking to a Disney consultant about your wedding and when can you hold your date for a wishes wedding?

I heard some people say 18 months and then some say 12, which is correct?:confused3

Thanks,

@nnie

We gave DFTW a call at the 18 month mark, and have been discussing options with a consultant since. At the 12 month mark she was able to confirm whether we got the locations we discussed. Have fun planning!

A few months ago, someone posted that for Wishes weddings you could be assigned a consultant at 18 months and 12 months for an Escape wedding. Since it all depends on who you talk to. I'd say call. They may tell you to call back they may put you into the system.

I called roughly at 18 months. At 12 months my locations will be confirmed. I don't think it's ever too early if you know you want a Disney wedding.

I was told that you can be assigned a sales consultant at the 18 month mark. At the 12 month mark they will help you book your locations and you will than be assigned a coordinator. HTH
