Does anyone know how early the seating for the Fantasmic dinner package starts?

Thanks!

You just make your ADR for whatever time you want as long as it's during the dinner times. They all start around 4pm.

When we went last December (booking ADR's 180 days in advance), the only restaurant and time I could get for the Fantasmic package was 4:00 p.m. at MM. They had nothing else available - which I didn't understand because when we were still there at 5:15 - they still had a gozillion empty tables. :confused3

The number of tables for the Fantasmic package are limited. So it is possible that the package was sold out but not the restaurant.

Yes, there are a limited number of tables available and it's usually during 3:30-5:00 time period, depending on the restaurant. It's rare to find it later then 5:00.

If you plan on taking advantage of the Fantasmic dinner package, plan on eating earlier then you usually would!

Yes, lesson learned on this one! We had 4:30 ADRs for H&V and the Fantasmic package, and by the time we were done it was only 5:15! We ended up bailing out on the Fantasmic show because we did not want to hang out at the Studios anymore and it was part of the Dining Plan so we did not lose any money on it. I would not do this package again, it just was not conducive to the way we tour. We like to eat either around 6 or wait until around 8. BTW, we were starving by 8 and had to have another big meal which we paid for OOP!
Nope not for us...:)

I'm confused! Can you make ADR's 180 days in advance or 90 days in advance?

Thanks!

It used to be 180 days in advance. However, Disney changed it 90 days recently. All ADR's are now 90 days in advance. Unless you are staying on property, then you can call 90 days before the date you check-in and make reservations for your entire trip (up to 10 days).
