It's 24 hours. Red-eyes come in around 5:00am.

How early in the morning does the ME bus start boarding at MCO for arrivals at WDW resorts ?

DME is a 24/7 operation, to the extent that there is demand. That means DME begins operating when flights begin to arrive at MCO.

Very early and very late, when flight activity is limited, DME routings can be a bit odd, with the same DME motorcoach going to several distant corners of WDW. (Normally, each DME motorcoach goes to several nearby resorts.)

A couple of years ago my 5:45am flight arrived early around 5am. I had the entire ME bus to myself as they had no other flights arriving for a while.

It's 24 hours. Red-eyes come in around 5:00am.

And the later cross-country trips can arrive after midnight. They don't get many breaks, that's for sure!
